I was born and raised in the pacific northwest and I would never call anywhere else my home. My most consuming interest is learning, especially topics concerning my clients. I love learning about my clients and how to best help them on their journey wherever they are in life. We all deserve to show our bodies self love! I have worked in both clinical and spa massage environments. My therapeutic specialties include swedish, trigger point, pin and stretch, cupping, prenatal and lymphatic drainage massages.
When I am not “nerding out” about massage, I love to spend time with my husband and my fur babies hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, or dirt biking. I spend as much time outside as possible to help keep myself grounded with mother earth, but when the rain is too much I curl up with a blanket and a good movie or video game.
