SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is a Craniosacral therapy that provides a gentle and creative framework and toolkit for working with the tissues of the body and the emotions simultaneously, allowing a release of adverse energy or memory of retained traumas. It facilitates personal growth by letting go, releasing, getting over and neutralizing negative energy of particular life experiences that are stuck energetically in the body's own tissues disturbing the mind-body connection.
Her goal is to specialize in mental health and death and dying.
