She was very clear and concise with her communication on the procedures that take place for her style of massage, which I really liked. She also made it very clear for me to communicate with her on how I’m feeling through out the massage to adjust anything to my preference, which is very professional. Her style of massage, for me personally, is exactly what I needed, and she relieved my aches and pains immensely. I also got the upgrade for the Muscle Magic Salve which really worked like magic, I loved it so much I had to buy one, I recommend. I have had several massages from Aaron and he always leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvinated and ache free.

Aaron provided me an awesome massage. Firm and strong in some areas that were troubling me. However, I left wanting. Didn’t massage my feet, my arms or my head.

High recommend this place! Helpful staff, flexible booking, variety of massage therapists, and relaxing environment.

The HUGE change was my monthly PMS symptoms. I have experienced extreme (almost debilitating) monthly symptoms for over 15 years, and this past cycle was very different! Traditional pain relief modalities and prescription anti-depressants weren't allowing me to have the "human" experience that should have been mine. In the past few months, I had become very stressed—more so than ever in my life—and I was carrying tension that further exacerbated every waking moment. I went to AVM to see about getting a massage to help relieve this ramped-up tension that was being a constant pain reminder of my mental stress. Jean and I had some good communication regarding things I could do to help myself, and she referred me to Julie, an experienced LMT with a growing sub-specialty in Craniosacral therapy (CST), plus a keen awareness of how her field can help people with mental health struggles. At every point of the initial meeting, the intake forms, the therapies, and the time following, the communication was on-point, and I felt very well cared-for. I'll definitely be coming back to AVM, and hope the establishment continues to bring good works into this world. :~) ~

I've been to other massage therapists and it was a good, relaxing massage, but it didn't help relieve my sciatica. Jacob definitely goes above and beyond to help his clients!
