Essential Oils

Choose from our Signature Blend of Marjoram, Basil, Cypress, Lavender, and Peppermint or an individual essential oil to be added to your massage including: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, or Rosemary

Used for thousands of years, essential oils offer many benefits, from cosmetic and dietary to spiritual and religious.

At Vancouver Massage, we firmly believe essential oils are an important step in the healing process and are one of our favorite healing modalities.

Hot Stone Massage is a soothing and deep massage technique in which Basalt lava stones are placed in a special heater with water added, then pre-heated to a therapeutic temperature. The heated stones are then placed on specific points around the body letting the heat penetrate deep into the muscles, alleviating discomfort in the area.

There are several ways to use essential oils, including aromatherapy and use on the skin. When you first enter the room, a feeling of relaxation begins as you are surrounded by the aroma of essential oils. When used on the skin as part of the massage, essential oils aid in muscle recovery, pain treatment, improve flexibility, and even aid in anxiety.

How we can help
