I’ve been a massage therapist since 2000 and a Reiki Master since 2013. In 2018, I completed certification as an energetic healing practitioner. My career has spanned both wellness and spa environments, as well as teaching massage at Kauai Community College. I became a massage therapist and energy healer, because I wanted to have a direct impact on improving the well being of others.

Specializing in treating chronic pain and injury, my massage approach combines Medical and Holistic treatment options, with a healthy dose of personal experience from my own injuries. Using a combination of deep tissue, Lomi Lomi, myofascial, and structural reintegration modalities, I work to free you from the issues in your tissues.

As an energy healer, I balance energetic blockages caused by the traumas of life. A mix of guided visualizations, crystals, Quatum Touch, Reiki, and chakral balancing are tools used to help de-stress and ground. Providing a safe space to reach in and face your Shadow, my focus is guiding you to get out of your own way.
